How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been put into production yet. You have 6 hours from the time of placing the order to cancel or modify it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. If you want to make a cancellation or modification request, please email us at [email protected] within 6 hours of ordering. Please note that there will be a management and processing fee of 20% of your total order value for cancellations.

We do not accept late cancellations because every product we ship is printed on demand product. Most of our products are custom-made and for special occasions like Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it and cannot be sold to another person.

You can modify your order only if it has not been put into production at the time of your modification request. We do not accept late modifications because once your order has already been put into production, it cannot be changed. Therefore, we can accept modification requests only before the production begins.
